Early Learning Educators VR Modules
- Cire Training wanted to develop an immersive, realistic way for early learning educators to see and feel what it’s like to be in an early learning environment.
- Early learning educators embarking on a theory-based certificate course don’t often have the opportunity to understand what it is like to work in that environment, so these scenarios complement the theory-based learning.
Solution
- A series of interactive VR Training Modules were created to simulate a day in the life of an Early learning educator.
- These scenes were devised through a collaborative Discovery session with subject matter experts.
- Talent were used to highlight specific areas of learning, and interactive questions and prompts were used throughout to increase learning retention.
- The series of VR Training Modules will be used to complement a new Certificate in Childhood Learning – the first of its kind in Australia.
