Recreate environments for remote simulation
- Our Government client built a flexible office space that can accommodate different settings to simulate real-life environments.
- In addition to using the space as is currently with the physical furniture, they wanted to explore how augmented reality can be used to show the facility working in a variety of ways, and communicate it using 3D visualisation techniques.
Solution
- We built a 3D model of the space from the floorplan and created virtual rooms and furniture that can be interacted with through augmented reality.
- Scale of the room was 1:1 replica of the actual space, allowing users to ‘walk-through’ and experience the virtual environment.
- The same model was used to create the 3D visualisation animation.
